I have 20+ years of experience in the disability sector, spanning roles in housing, community-based supports, and disability employment. My expertise includes Support Coordination, Service Coordination, and Quality Management. I advocate for customer-led service co-design, aiming for personalised and valued services for every participant. I am deeply passionate about inclusivity, and my strengths lie in my tenacity, optimism, and warm, personable nature. My qualifications include degrees in Social Sciences and Quality Auditing. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my dog, Bosco, at the beach.

Outside of work, I enjoy photography, fishing, and being a caring dog-dad.

With more than 10 years of NDIS experience and over 20 years in the disability sector, I'm well-equipped to guide you through the NDIS maze. My strengths lie in my caring, compassionate nature, and active listening skills. I prioritise achieving the best outcomes in a reliable, professional, and time-effective manner.
In my free time, I find joy in tending to my beautiful gardens and enjoying nature.

I'm passionate about helping people lead fulfilling lives and enjoy being out in the community. ​Hi, I am Sheila Roxby, a Specialist Support Coordinator with extensive lived and professional experience in a myriad of domains. A social work student driven by strong social values, I have a passion for assisting people to live self-determined and fulfilling lives. My practice is built on relationships of respect and trust, and I enjoy bringing care teams together to foster collaborative partnerships. I look forward to supporting you in navigating the world of NDIS and working towards your goals. Let's embark on this journey together and positively impact your life. When I'm not working or studying I enjoy time with friends and family as well as heading to the beach whenever I get the chance!

A highly experienced professional in mental health services, I thrive on producing positive change outcomes with clients and teams using skills in needs assessment, case management, stakeholder engagement, risk and mental health assessment, counselling, advocacy, networking and negotiating. I have qualifications in psychology and social work, along with experience in hospital and forensic transitions.

My NDIS skills and knowledge are complimented by my experience in trauma informed engagement in complex mental health. 

On weekends you’ll find me spending time with my kids, rollerskating, snorkelling, mountain biking or gardening.

Sarah is an accomplished NDIS professional, whose lived experience shines through in her work. As a mother to two sets of twins, one of who has a disability and is a NDIS Participant, she has been immersed in the NDIS since its inception and rollout in South Australia.

With extensive experience as a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator, Sarah has always strongly advocated for her client’s needs and her passion has always been to ensure that people with a disability achieve the best possible outcomes. Sarah has a deep understanding of the NDIS framework and is adept at navigating its complexities to ensure participants receive the best possible support.

It is this passion she has brought with her to Stellar Assist, supporting and working to create positive outcomes for participants and their families.

As a dedicated Support Coordinator, I am passionate about delivering exceptional results while adhering to legislation.

I have extensive lived experience, many years experience as a Support Coordinator and as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach as well as managing teams which enables outstanding outcomes.

My strengths lie in stakeholder engagement and the development and delivery of key results for my clients. With strong critical thinking skills and a growth mindset, I continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my two beautiful daughters and love creating special memories with my family.

Hello, I’m Yulia - a Specialist Support Coordinator with a great deal of experience with the NDIS and a background in educational and practical psychology. I bring a compassionate, person‑centred approach to my work, guided by a deep understanding of human behaviour, learning, and motivation.

I’m known for my strong communication skills and attention to detail, which help me build trusting relationships and support participants to navigate the NDIS with confidence. Empathy, professionalism, and collaboration are at the heart of everything I do.

Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English, I’m passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and empowering them to achieve their goals and live meaningful, independent lives.

With a passion for sniffing and an unwavering commitment to eating his own body weight in chicken, Bosco brings boundless tail-wagging energy to the Stellar Assist team.

Equally adored by children and adults alike, Bosco has a special gift for making people smile, offering cuddles on demand, and elevating the mood of every room he trots into. While he has absolutely no understanding of the NDIS, he excels in empathetic, person-centred licking and is always ready to provide emotional support (especially if cheese is involved).

When he's not busy supervising snack time or securing pats from unsuspecting visitors, Bosco is hard at work building a strong network of humans dedicated to meeting his daily affection and treat quotas.

His mission? To spread joy, foster positive relationships, and gently remind us all that sometimes, the best therapy has four legs and a nose for chicken.

Muhammad draws on a background in nursing, disability support, and community services to provide expert guidance for NDIS participants with complex support needs. With clinical expertise and a friendly, solutions-focused approach, he excels at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex disability-related health conditions to achieve positive, participant-focused outcomes.

Muhammad is highly experienced in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and using effective crisis intervention strategies. Muhammad is known for being proactive, responsive, and genuinely passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
