Managing Director - Specialist Support Coordinator

I have 20+ years of experience in the disability sector, spanning roles in housing, community-based supports, and disability employment. My expertise includes Support Coordination, Service Coordination, and Quality Management. I advocate for customer-led service co-design, aiming for personalised and valued services for every participant. I am deeply passionate about inclusivity, and my strengths lie in my tenacity, optimism, and warm, personable nature. My qualifications include degrees in Social Sciences and Quality Auditing. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my dog, Bosco, at the beach.

I'm a dedicated problem solver with over 20 years in the disability sector, specialising in creative and empathetic solutions for individuals and communities. I blend my extensive experience in community services with corporate expertise, bridging social responsibility and efficient business practices. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, fishing, and being a caring dog-dad.

With 4 years of NDIA experience and over 13 years in the disability sector, I'm well-equipped to guide you through the NDIS maze. My strengths lie in my caring, compassionate nature, and active listening skills. I prioritise achieving the best outcomes in a reliable, professional, and time-effective manner.
In my free time, I find joy in tending to my beautiful gardens and enjoying nature.

With diverse NDIS experience, from Early Childhood Team to Local Area Coordinator to an online NDIS coach, I now work as a Support Coordinator at Stellar Assist. I'm passionate about helping people lead fulfilling lives and enjoy being out in the community. I'm excited to work with you to optimise your NDIS plan, assemble the right support team, and help you reach your goals.
On weekends, you'll find me exploring various South Australian communities, from art exhibitions to music festivals and wine experiences.
