Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
Stellar Assist's Recovery Coaches empower participants to take charge of their lives and navigate the complexities of daily challenges. We work together with participants, their families, carers, and other services to create, plan, and implement a personalised recovery strategy while coordinating NDIS and other supports.
The Recovery Coach team at Stellar Assist can support you to live a full, meaningful and contributing life and can assist you to achieve personal, social and emotional wellbeing. We use an evidence-based approach and believe in the value of lived experience - we believe peer work can be a powerful way to support your recovery. Our Recovery Coach team will support you to:
